Leadership

Scott Beauchamp, co-founder

A Saint Paul native, Scott Beauchamp attended public schools before graduating from Saint Paul Central, where he lettered twice in varsity basketball.

He continued his academic and athletic career at Lawrence University, a Division III school, playing four years of college basketball and serving as team captain in his senior year.

After earning his degree, Scott returned home to work in communications and advocacy for various mission-driven organizations.

Passionate about supporting the next generation, Scott is eager to share his Division III experience and help aspiring student-athletes achieve their goals—both on the court and in the classroom—by pursuing college basketball and earning a degree that will serve them for life.

Jordan Osberg, co-founder

A fellow Saint Paul native and product of the public school system, Jordan excelled as a high school basketball player. After earning two varsity letters at Saint Paul Central, he transferred to Minneapolis Washburn, where he played a key role in winning the 3A state championship.

Jordan continued his basketball journey at Vermillion Community College and Minnesota State Mankato before returning to the Twin Cities to begin his career.

Since then, he has dedicated himself to mentoring the next generation, working in educational support and serving on the Tartan High School coaching staff for seven years. During his time there, he held multiple roles, including player development coach, JV head coach, and assistant varsity coach.

Passionate about providing youth with opportunities he never had, Jordan is committed to using his experience to guide and inspire young athletes, helping them reach their full potential through college athletics.
